Chocolate School for Kids is Going To The Carribean!
Chocolate School for Kids is back in session this summer with a fun Carribean Chocolate Cruise-themed workshop!
Here’s what we’ll be doing:
The Classroom
* When your child arrives, he or she will be welcomed aboard with a Carribean-inspired name badge as well as a souvenir Chef’s hat that’s theirs to keep!
* Then, your child will join a virtual chocolate cruise through the Carribean islands where cacao is grown. We will incorporate several learning tools including videos, worksheets, and an art project.
* Your child will learn fun facts about the islands where cacao is grown, their cacao farmers, and the animals and sea life that live near the habitats where cacao grows.
The Workshop
In the hands-on workshop session, your child will work with milk chocolate and: 
* Make chocolate ‘sea’ bark with ocean-themed toppings
* Make chocolate monkey pops (and learn how island monkeys help plant cacao trees!)
* Dip an ocean-themed cookie in chocolate and decorate it.
The Wrap-Up
At the close of our Chocolate Cruise, each child will:
* Package the chocolate they’ve made.
* Place it in a colorful ocean-themed bag.
* And gather for a group photograph!

Session I: Monday, June 10: 09:00-12:00

Chocolate School for Kids is open to children 6-12
Cost
The cost is $40 per child and includes:
* A Chef’s hat, name badge and treat bag.
* And all the chocolate and toppings your child will need to make Sea Bark, Monkey Pops, and dip and decorate their ocean-themed ookie.
