At ChezSlaughter Chocolate of Shreveport-Bossier, Louisiana we make hand-crafted artisan chocolate bars, filled chocolates and other chocolate-inspired treats from premium Belgian dark, milk and white chocolate.
In addition to artisan chocolate, we also offer:
- Artisan caramels and Italian-inspired biscotti.
- Artisan chocolate workshops such as our ‘Build a Bar’ workshop, holiday workshops and our ‘Chocolate School for Kids’.
- Custom artisan chocolate parties for groups, which can range from a tasting extravaganza to a mini-workshop and even include chocolate-inspired games and a favor box for guests to take home.

I’m thinking about creating a limited edition Louisiana-inspired box of chocolates featuring the following flavors:
* King Cake: White chocolate shell with white chocolate ganache flavored with Cream cheese and cinnamon garnished on bottom with Mardi Gras sugar.
* Creme Brûlée: Gold chocolate (caramelized white chocolate) shell with gold chocolate ganache flavored with Creme brûlée extract garnished on bottom with crushed crunchy cookies.
* Cafe au Lait: Milk chocolate shell with dark chocolate ganache flavored with espresso powder garnished on bottom with crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans.
* Framboise Noir: Dark chocolate shell with dark chocolate ganache flavored with a raspberry reduction and garnished on bottom with freeze-dried raspberries.
