Summer Chocolate Secret :: Chocolate Chips Ahoy!

Although American chocolate often gets a bad rap from chocolate snobs, I’ve discovered that all American chocolate isn’t equal.

At recent chocolate parties, I’ve had guests compare Nestle’s chocolate chips with Guittard chips. Guittard wins hands down every time due to its richer, more chocolatey flavor.
